We work with customers, designers and design agencies across the entire project to make sure your new design is exactly as you need it to be.

The installation process is simple and easy. Our team of installers will be at your site to install the new designs. The team have years of experience and are dedicated to making sure your design can be installed quickly and effectively without you having to close your store or venue, or even overnight if you prefer. Project Management FAQ’s
Can I use my own installer?
Yes you can however we would recommend that you use our team to ensure that the install is completed correctly and our products are mounted to the surface correctly.
Do I get my own project manager?
Yes you will have a dedicated PM that will manage your entire job from start to finish.
Do I need to close my business for install?
No you don’t have to close your business you can still operate as normal whilst we install your new design, or you can choose to have the transformation completed overnight.
Can you work with my designer to help manage the project?
Yes we can work with anyone, whether its in house staff, designers or installers. We are happy to help manage your timelines and overall project from design to install.
How do you install the products?
Our install team will come on site at an agreed date and will usually have the job completed on the same day, depending on the complexity and your planned schedule for installation. We use various installation methods including adhesive, magnetic and manual fixing – this will be agreed prior to installation.
How much time do you need to compete an install?
This is totally dependent on the complexity of the job and can be discussed with your project manager. We are flexible and accustomed to working on strict timelines.
What if something goes wrong?
